What is included in your price?
Each project is different, but we do as much or as little as client contract us to do. Our brochure homes listed on this site include construction of the entire home, 100%. What it does not include are any permits, site work, water and sewer hookups, exterior concrete or driveways. This would depend on your lot and where it is located. Once we investigate a lot we can give you a turnkey price to complete the construction of your home.
