James is skilled at finish carpentry, framing, tile and most other aspects of remodeling and new home construction. James has been with the Cardano-Goodson family business for more than 25 years. He has managed and worked hands-on at more than one hundred remodeling and custom home construction jobs. Well-versed in Green building, James managed a Gold LEED Certified home construction project utilizing recycled materials, geothermal heat, solar panels and many other custom features.
