Jim Cardano began his home building and remodeling career working for his father while attending college. He gained diversified experience in running the office, sales, and design work, including time as a construction superintendent. Jim has always believed in hands-on supervision, and is involved in every project.

In 1991, he began his own custom home building and home design business with the experience he gained and the importance he always placed on customer satisfaction. His years of experience have taught him how to listen and ask the right questions to deliver the best job possible. He brought his sons into the business and has grown the company from $300K to over $2.5M annually.
